"Hopefully, we’re doing it better now than I did it my first couple years at (Philadelphia and St. Louis). First off, when I did it with the Eagles, I had never been a head coach in the NFL before. Then the next time I did it, I was out of the league for 14 years, out of coaching for 14 years. This time coming back, I was only out of it for one season. I think that it has made me more efficient in the utilization of the process. Hopefully it will pay off in the future."
