The San Francisco 49ers trimmed their roster to 75 players Sunday by waiving wide receiver Bakari Grant and cornerback Patrick Stoudamire. The team also waived/injured linebacker Brandon Long.
Bakari and Stoudamire played Saturday night against the Oakland Raiders, with Stoudamire registering a tackle on special teams.
Long suffered a knee injury in the 49ers’ first preseason game and has not practiced since.
All NFL teams must get down to 75 players by Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET. Final cuts to 53-men rosters are due by Saturday.
