49ers FA Pashos as good as gone
Pashos, we hardly knew ye

49ers free agent backup tackle Tony Pashos appears to be on the move, as we figured he would. Multiple reports have him on the verge of signing with the Washington Redskins, which would reunite him with Offensive Line coach Chris Foerster for the third time (they were together in Baltimore and San Francisco).

Pashos hasn't officially signed yet however, and will be making a visit with the Cleveland Browns and perhaps even the Denver Broncos before making his decision.

Either way the 49ers seem to be low on his list of desired teams, and they will have to take steps to move on without him. Both Coach Mike Singletary and General Manager Scot McCloughan have made it clear that the team will not splurge to keep a player who started just one game last season before suffering a season-ending shoulder injury.
