Bears sign G/T Eben Britton

The Chicago Bears have signed four-year veteran offensive lineman Eben Britton to a one-year deal.

LAKE FOREST, IL – The Chicago Bears have signed G/T Eben Britton to a one-year contract.

The 6-6, 308-pound Britton has started 30 of 38 games played over four seasons (2009-12) with the Jaguars after being selected by Jacksonville in the second round (39th overall) of the 2009 NFL Draft. During his career with the Jaguars, Britton started 23 games at right tackle and seven at left guard.

In 2012, Britton started five of 11 games played with Jacksonville, all at left guard.
